Shunki Ueno
Founder & CEO
Shunki is the founder of Nirik, a cross-border business development firm supporting global market expansion.
He began his career at a fast-growing startup, where he supported Japanese corporates in their overseas ventures and led the launch of a new branch office in Nagoya. He later served as a new business lead in the telecommunications and manufacturing industries, gaining hands-on experience in developing and executing growth strategies in highly competitive environments.
Throughout his career, Shunki has worked across sales, operations, and logistics, giving him a unique ability to bridge strategy with execution. He founded Nirik with a mission to make business expansion more accessible—offering companies the guidance, execution power, and on-the-ground insight they need to explore new markets with confidence.
