At an event held at Tokyo Big Sight, we provided tailored exhibition support and event marketing solutions to maximize engagement and results.

By designing a strategy focused on the client’s target audience, we facilitated effective networking and attendee engagement at the booth. This approach successfully drove lead generation and enhanced the client’s sales opportunities, strengthening their market presence.

What is XR/Metaverse Industry Exhibition

XR/Metaverse Industry Exhibition  is Japan’s largest exhibition specializing in services and technologies utilizing XR (AR, VR, and MR technologies) and Metaverse.

Event Planning and Strategy

We clearly defined the goals for event participation and developed a strategy to effectively reach the target audience. To highlight the most impactful products, we designed a simple and focused booth layout that maximized the appeal of the products themselves.

Additionally, we prioritized impactful product displays while carefully managing the budget. By minimizing booth size, we achieved an efficient and effective exhibition, ensuring a strong presence at the event.

Content & Creative

Our team developed a range of materials to support the event’s objectives. This included:

Operational Execution

Business Cards Collected: A total of 59 business cards were collected over the three days
