At NEPCON 2024, held at Makuhari Messe, the Nirik team provided tailored event growth strategies and comprehensive support for a client’s booth.

Our services included event planning and coordination, booth setup, promotional material management, and on-site assistance. We also implemented targeted event promotion strategies, ensuring a successful exhibition and meaningful engagement with attendees.

What is NEPCON 2024

NEPCON is Asia’s Leading exhibition for electronics manufacturing and R&D technologies. The show specialized in essential areas for electronics manufacturing and R&D, and increased its value as an exhibition representing Asia’s leading one-stop venue for all those involved in the electronics industry.

Event Selection and Strategy

We carefully selected the event that would deliver the greatest benefit to our client by clearly defining their target audience. Based on projected returns and an appropriate budget, we strategically decided on booth participation.

In addition to basic exhibition planning, we meticulously designed the booth to ensure not only our client but also their partner companies sharing the space could effectively showcase their strengths. This approach enhanced the brand value of both the client and their partners, maximizing the overall success of the event.

Booth Design

For this exhibition, we anticipated a high number of competitors and took measures to ensure our client’s booth stood out. We secured a corner booth for maximum visibility and incorporated the client’s bold corporate color, red, into the design for a striking and recognizable presence.

To effectively showcase the client’s technical capabilities, we went beyond standard product displays. By deconstructing key components and presenting them in a visually engaging way, we created a layout that made the client’s achievements and technical details easily understandable for visitors.

On-Site Operations Support and Efforts to Maximize Outcomes

During the 3-day event, we deployed a team of 5 Japanese staff members to ensure efficient operations. The team successfully handled approximately 350 visitors over an 8-hour period each day, maintaining a robust support system.

By having an ample number of staff on-site, we prevented any lapses in visitor engagement and ensured that each attendee received personalized and attentive service.
