Nirik provided partial support for the launch party of a Taiwanese company’s Japan branch.
Our responsibilities included coordinating with the venue, arranging decorations, organizing interpretation services, and managing food and beverage provisions. These efforts contributed to the successful execution of the event.
Client’s Challenge
When hosting the launch party for their Japan branch in Tokyo, the client invited stakeholders from both Japan and Taiwan. However, they lacked expertise in organizing corporate parties in Japan and reached out to us for support.
Design Incorporating Japanese Culture
The client wanted to infuse Japanese culture into the party. This included creating a large panel featuring traditional Japanese design elements and incorporating unique Japanese-style celebrations into the event.
Creating a Welcoming Environment (Interpretation & Beverages)
To ensure attendees could fully enjoy the event, we arranged simultaneous interpretation services, breaking down language barriers for seamless communication. Additionally, we provided complimentary beverages, including a selection of alcoholic options, to create a relaxed and inviting atmosphere.
