SupportSmart Factory Visits
In May 2025, we organized and conducted a special exhibition and smart factory tour in conjunction with COMPUTEX, one of Asia’s largest tech trade shows, held in Taipei, Taiwan. The program targeted major Japanese companies.
This project, conducted in collaboration with Taiwanese industry associations, offered participants exclusive experiences that are typically not accessible—such as visits to local startups and smart factories, as well as reserved VIP seating at a pitch competition. The initiative served as a platform to explore new business development opportunities and potential future partnerships or investments.
Collaboration with Taiwanese Industry Associations
In partnership with leading Taiwanese tech industry organizations, we conducted targeted network research and carefully selected matching opportunities tailored to the specific needs of participating Japanese companies. In addition to the exhibition itself, we proposed site visits to smart factories and local startups, designing a comprehensive itinerary focused on information gathering and long-term business development potential.

Support for Startup Pitch Participation through Reserved VIP Seating

At a startup pitch event held during COMPUTEX, we arranged exclusive VIP seating for our guests. This allowed participants to engage with local startups and key players in a way that goes beyond the typical observation tour—offering a close-up experience and direct insight into the innovation ecosystem. This high-value engagement served as meaningful input for considering future partnerships or investment opportunities.
On-site Support and Strategic Proposals with a Third-Party Perspective for Business Development
Our on-the-ground support included contextual explanations of the local ecosystem and key players, helping participants go beyond surface-level observation to uncover specific business challenges and opportunities.
By combining the perspectives of business development professionals from both Taiwan and Japan, we offered multifaceted matching strategies, enabling practical and actionable next steps for participants’ business growth.
